Prior to this role\, he held several leadership positions at Invesco Ltd.\, including Head of Invesco Private Capital Partners\, COO of Private Markets\, and Global Head of Strategy and Business Planning. \nEarlier in his career\, Coleman worked in consulting and finance with organizations including McKinsey & Company\, Bridgewater Associates\, and the Housing Partnership Network. \nIn addition to his leadership in the investment world\, Coleman is a frequent writer and public speaker whose work has appeared in Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
